1 Introduction

VidoBet is an online betting and gaming platform designed for Filipino players. We take the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

This Policy applies to all personal data collected by VidoBet through the platform, including data collected during account registration, identity verification, payment processing, gameplay, customer support interactions, and marketing communications. It applies to all users of the VidoBet platform, whether registered players or visitors.

2 Data Controller

For the purposes of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, VidoBet is the personal information controller in respect of the personal data collected through the platform. This means VidoBet determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.

VidoBet has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO ) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Policy and applicable data protection laws. The DPO's contact details are provided in Section 15.

3 Personal Data We Collect

VidoBet collects the following categories of personal data:

VidoBet does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined under RA 10173 (such as health data, religious beliefs, or political affiliations) unless specifically required by law or regulation and with your explicit consent.

4 How We Collect Your Data

VidoBet collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct collection. Information you provide when registering an account, completing identity verification, making a deposit or withdrawal, contacting customer support, or responding to a survey or promotion.
• Automated collection. Technical and usage data collected automatically when you access and interact with the VidoBet platform, including through cookies, log files, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8).
• Third-party sources. Identity and fraud-check data received from third-party identity verification providers, payment processors (such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank), and, where applicable, regulatory databases.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, VidoBet processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity. Processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and VidoBet — specifically, to operate your account, process bets, and handle deposits and withdrawals.
• Legal obligation. Processing is required to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (RA 9160, as amended), Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and tax reporting obligations.
• Legitimate interests. Processing is necessary for VidoBet's legitimate interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent. For certain processing activities — such as sending marketing communications or using non-essential cookies — VidoBet relies on your freely given, specific, and informed consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

6 How We Use Your Personal Data

VidoBet uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• To create, verify, and manage your VidoBet player account.
• To process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment methods.
• To verify your identity and age (21+) in compliance with applicable regulations.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other illegal or prohibited activities.
• To monitor gameplay and account activity for responsible gaming purposes, including identifying signs of problem gambling and applying self-exclusion or limit settings where requested.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes or complaints.
• To send transactional communications, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts.
• To send promotional communications and personalised offers, where you have opted in to receive such communications.
• To improve the VidoBet platform, including through analytics, user research, and testing of new features.
• To comply with legal, regulatory, and reporting obligations, including obligations to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant Philippine authorities.

VidoBet will not use your personal data for any purpose that is incompatible with the purposes described in this Policy without first obtaining your consent or establishing another lawful basis for processing.

7 Data Sharing and Disclosure

VidoBet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors. GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your financial transactions.
• Identity verification providers. Third-party KYC and age verification service providers engaged to verify your identity and age in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities. The Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other competent Philippine government authorities, where disclosure is required by law or court order.
• Technology and infrastructure providers. Cloud hosting, data storage, and cybersecurity service providers engaged to support the operation of the VidoBet platform, subject to strict confidentiality and data processing agreements.
• Professional advisers. Legal counsel, auditors, and other professional advisers, where necessary for the conduct of VidoBet's business operations.

All third parties with whom VidoBet shares personal data are required to process that data only for the specified purpose, in accordance with VidoBet's instructions, and subject to appropriate technical and organisational security measures.

8 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

VidoBet uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the VidoBet website. We use the following types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the platform to function correctly, including maintaining your login session and processing transactions. These cookies cannot be disabled.
• Functional cookies. Used to remember your preferences and settings, such as language and display options, to improve your experience on the platform.
• Analytics cookies. Used to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how users interact with the platform, helping VidoBet identify areas for improvement. These cookies are only set with your consent.
• Security cookies. Used to detect and prevent fraudulent activity, bot traffic, and other security threats.

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the VidoBet platform. VidoBet does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9 Data Retention

VidoBet retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

As a general rule, VidoBet applies the following retention periods:

• Account and identity data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with AML record-keeping requirements under RA 9160.
• Transaction and financial data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Customer support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, or longer if the communication relates to an ongoing dispute or legal matter.
• Technical and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months from collection, unless required for longer for security or fraud investigation purposes.
• Marketing preferences: Retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, subject to any applicable legal retention requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with VidoBet's data disposal procedures.

10 Data Security

VidoBet implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the VidoBet platform.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial account details and identity documents.
• Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
• Regular security assessments, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing of the platform.
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for administrative access to systems containing personal data.
• Staff training on data protection obligations and information security best practices.

While VidoBet takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, VidoBet will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) and affected individuals in accordance with the requirements of RA 10173.

11 Your Data Protection Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by VidoBet:

• Right to be informed. The right to be informed of how your personal data is being collected and processed, as described in this Policy.
• Right of access. The right to request a copy of the personal data VidoBet holds about you, along with information about how it is being processed.
• Right to rectification. The right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data VidoBet holds about you.
• Right to erasure. The right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to VidoBet's legal retention obligations.
• Right to object. The right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or where processing is based on VidoBet's legitimate interests.
• Right to data portability. The right to receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
• Right to lodge a complaint. The right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe VidoBet has processed your personal data in violation of RA 10173.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact VidoBet's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 15. VidoBet will respond to all valid requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, with prior notice to you.

Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations under applicable law. For example, VidoBet may be unable to delete data that it is legally required to retain for AML or regulatory compliance purposes.

12 Children's Privacy

The VidoBet platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. VidoBet does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the account registration process, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended.

If you believe that VidoBet has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, please contact our Data Protection Officer immediately using the details in Section 15. VidoBet will take prompt steps to delete such data upon verification of the report.

13 Cross-Border Data Transfers

VidoBet primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or identity verification services operating internationally.

Where such cross-border transfers occur, VidoBet ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, in accordance with the requirements of RA 10173 and the NPC's guidelines on cross-border data transfers. These safeguards may include contractual data processing agreements incorporating the NPC's standard contractual clauses, or transfers to countries recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection.

By using the VidoBet platform, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data to service providers outside the Philippines where necessary for the provision of VidoBet's services, subject to the safeguards described above.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

VidoBet reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable laws, or the features of the VidoBet platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

When material changes are made to this Policy, VidoBet will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The most current version of this Policy will always be available at vidobet.club/privacy-policy.

Your continued use of the VidoBet platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the revised Policy, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
