1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on VidoBet, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the VidoBet platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the VidoBet platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

VidoBet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the VidoBet platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is set in accordance with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming and is strictly enforced.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of VidoBet or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by VidoBet or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the VidoBet platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid government-issued identification number, email address, and mobile number.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the VidoBet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. VidoBet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify VidoBet immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

VidoBet reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

VidoBet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the Finance / Wallet page at the time of the transaction. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the VidoBet platform:

• Verified accounts only. Deposits and withdrawals are only processed for accounts that have completed identity verification.
• Name matching. The name on your VidoBet account must exactly match the name on the payment account or bank account used for transactions. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Finance / Wallet page and may vary by payment method.
• Processing times. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the bank. Withdrawal processing times are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal conditions. Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements if a bonus has been claimed. Players must wager the applicable amount before a withdrawal can be processed. Full details are provided at the time of bonus acceptance.
• Currency. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). VidoBet does not accept foreign currency deposits.

VidoBet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, VidoBet will notify the player within a reasonable timeframe.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the VidoBet platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Bets are final once confirmed. VidoBet does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
• VidoBet reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. VidoBet reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its sole discretion.
• Winnings are credited to your VidoBet wallet balance upon settlement of the relevant game round or event.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records held by VidoBet's system shall be the definitive reference, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

VidoBet may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all VidoBet promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. VidoBet reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• VidoBet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated tools, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the VidoBet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the VidoBet platform or its underlying software.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects other players' experience.
• Making deposits using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the VidoBet platform — including but not limited to the VidoBet name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of VidoBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the VidoBet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the VidoBet platform without prior written consent from VidoBet.

Any unauthorized use of VidoBet's intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate termination of your account.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, VidoBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

VidoBet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VidoBet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, VidoBet's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall VidoBet's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your VidoBet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

VidoBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's bank or payment provider.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under VidoBet's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation process.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting VidoBet support using the contact details in Section 15. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

11 Responsible Gaming

VidoBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the VidoBet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

VidoBet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the VidoBet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

VidoBet will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, or as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact VidoBet using the details in Section 15.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the VidoBet platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting VidoBet support. VidoBet will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent VidoBet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14 Amendments to These Terms

VidoBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, VidoBet will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the VidoBet website at vidobet.club/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.
