Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated betting tools, collude with other players, or manipulate game outcomes will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

You must notify VidoBet immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
VidoBet reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
VidoBet supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed on the Finance / Wallet page at the time of the transaction. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the VidoBet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Anti-Money Laundering. VidoBet complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended). We are required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players are required to cooperate with any verification or investigation process initiated under this obligation.
All content on the VidoBet platform — including but not limited to the VidoBet name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of VidoBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the VidoBet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the VidoBet platform without prior written consent from VidoBet.
Any unauthorized use of VidoBet's intellectual property may result in legal action and will result in immediate termination of your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, VidoBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
VidoBet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VidoBet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages, VidoBet's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall VidoBet's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your VidoBet account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
VidoBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation process.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the VidoBet platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting VidoBet support. VidoBet will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent VidoBet from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
VidoBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, VidoBet will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the VidoBet website at vidobet.club/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
